Dyson Building Center’s roots began in the 1920s as a sawmill operation.  Leroy and Marie Dyson took over the business in 1954 and phased the sawmill business out over the next several years to establish a retail hardware, lumber, building supplies, and tool store to serve Southern Maryland.

We provide builders, government contractors and homeowners in St. Mary’s County, Calvert County and Charles County with supplies needed for the remodeling project, home improvement or repair, or new home construction.
